The company was first established in Kuwait since 2003 and spanned across 8 nations including India, UAE, Qatar, Georgia, Bahrain, USA and China and has evolved into one among the leading groups in the Middle East. Indian operations are headed at Thrissur-Kerala Head Office.

DELTA4 International Turnkey Contractors Pvt. Ltd has been functioning since 2009 having their office at Cochin, the Queen of Arabian Sea. Now they have started a new Functional Office at Thrissur, the cultural capital city of Kerala as part of business expansion and to focus on more complex projects including public and private sectors.
